TMS Costa Rica is located in the CIMA San José Hospital. The Consorcio Internacional Hospital , S.A. de C.V. was established in 1992 with the vision of establishing a high-quality medical service company in Mexico and Latin America.

Consorcio Internacional Hospital is the Mexican affiliate of International Hospital Corporation, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. This consortium invests in hospitals, operates and markets them under the name of Centro Internacional de Medicina (CIMA). CIH also operates hospitals in Brazil called VITA.

CIMA’s basic objective lies in specialized hospitals. All the CIMA hospitals include emergency rooms, operating theaters, and areas for internal medicine, diagnoses, pediatrics, and OBGYN. They also offer intensive therapy services for adults, children, and newborns, along with highly complex specialties such as cardiology and neurology. Some locations also have first aid centers, physical rehabilitation facilities, and offices for medical practitioners.
